Mortgage Payment Protection Insurance ( MPPI )

This is also called Accident, Sickness and Unemployment Insurance ( ASU ). This meets your mortgage payments for one or maybe two years if you are unable to work because of illness or unemployment.  This is the right cover for you if the cover clearly applies to you – for example you are a permanent full time employee in good health. MPPI may not apply to you if you are a contract worker, a part-timer, self employed or have existing health problems.
